Provides the overall direction, vision, and guidance of Bagong Pilipinas Citizens, ensuring that all members remain united, committed, and aligned with the organization’s mission of service, volunteerism, and nation-building.

Manages the daily operations of Bagong Pilipinas Citizens, overseeing programs, partnerships, coordination, and implementation to ensure that every initiative is properly executed and contributes to the organization’s goals.

Assists the Executive Director in supervising departments, strengthening coordination, and ensuring smooth organizational workflow, while helping implement plans, monitor activities, and support the overall leadership of Bagong Pilipinas Citizens.

Handles administrative records, budgeting, financial monitoring, documentation, and compliance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and proper use of resources in support of Bagong Pilipinas Citizens’ programs and operations.

Leads the planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of field activities, ensuring that programs are implemented efficiently, participants are properly assisted, and operational goals are successfully achieved.

Oversees public messaging, media content, social media coordination, announcements, and official communications, ensuring that the organization’s programs, advocacy, and accomplishments are clearly shared with the public.

Develops and manages youth-centered programs, leadership activities, volunteer engagement, and community participation, empowering young Filipinos to contribute actively to Bagong Pilipinas Citizens’ mission and nation-building efforts.
